To perceive beyond our general perception is the general theme of my practice. Through technology and nature, I question the relationship with our surroundings. What lies just beyond what we can see or hear?
I am showing ‘Frequency Shifts’: an interpretation of images through the eyes of a bat captured using LiDAR; confabulated images of mountains generated by a custom built deep learning algorithm in ‘Lands Beyond’; experimental topographic mappings of digital objects in ‘Unfold (a topography of the temporal)’; a playful exploration of the microscopic in image and sound named ‘A Little Bit of Everything’ and la confrontation with invisible waves around us in the ‘Electromagnetic Field Detector (Primitive Edition)’.
