In her work, Sarah Reinbold tries to grasp the complexity of vulnerability. She uses the space as a canvas. Sculptures that are reminiscent of daily objects, mixed with abstract forms, form the basis of her installation. Sarah uses predominantly ceramics and plaster, because the fragile material best represents the essence of her work. Moreover, she adds wall paintings, which bring the works together. Sarah’s work is very colourful and fragile, and plays with your ideas about happiness, humour, melancholy and sadness.
