Yawen Fu (1996, Nanjing) is an interdisciplinary artist working between the Netherlands and China. Her work spans objects, installations, video and scenography, combining intricate craftsmanship with strong conceptual foundations. She explores the cultural significance of objects and symbols, weaving personal experiences into her artistic narratives. Through detailed material choices and thoughtful composition, she challenges conventional meanings and invites viewers to see everyday materials and symbols in a new light.
