My practice consists of a multitude of disciplines, almost always starting with drawing.  

Malleability has become a central concept in my work in recent years. The malleability of a narrative, but also that of a construction, in which it is clearly visible that the maker has been present. Traces of the process are important, so that the result never looks like a static situation, but always with a potential for development.

At This Art Fair I will present an installation consisting of welding drawings. These drawings depict archetypal characters such as the tramp, the twin and the mother. The characters are all acting a part, playing with the idea of faking it and being stuck in their characteristics.
