My vibrant installations investigate how humanity can position itself in a time and world where it is becoming harder to determine what is real. While world leaders hack one another and people set themselves ridiculous standards in the pursuit of social media glory, I question the essence of the hyperrealism we have gotten ourselves into by building immersive installations that oscillate between everyday fact and the disturbed hyperreality of the digital world.

I graduated from ArtEZ in 2017, which earned me an award from the Arnhemse Nieuwe and a nomination for the TENT Academy Awards. I have been exhibiting regularly since 2016. In 2019 I was granted the Mondriaan Fonds, Stipendium for Emerging Artists.
