“Camera Lucida” is the catch-all term for all my artistic projects that try to visualise a connection between (interior) spaces and the outside world through incoming light.

First I photographed spaces that I visited where such an interaction was present. At some point I started to apply drapes to the spaces in order to emphasise the spatial quality that I wanted to visualise.

Now I construct entire spaces, with the sole purpose to create a photograph that depicts a specific spatial quality, centered around the interaction between two different spaces.
